Nedvision B.V. cares about your privacy. We therefore only process data we need for (the
improvement of) our services and treat the information we have collected about you and your use of
our services with care. We never make your data available to
third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services accessed on it by
Nedvision B.V.. The effective date for the validity of these terms is 23/01/2024, with the publication of

About data processing

Web Hosting
ImpressiveXS
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from ImpressiveXS. ImpressiveXS processes
personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party

personal data. ImpressiveXS is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
Email and mailing lists
inwise
Our website uses inwise, a third party vendor that handles email traffic originating
from our website and sending any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive
from our website and web forms are sent through inwise’s servers. inwise will never use your
name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our
website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click on this you will no longer receive email from our website
. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by
inwise. inwise uses cookies and other Internet technologies
that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. inwise reserves the right to use your
data to further improve the service and, as part of this, share information with

Office365
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken
appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our
data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-
mail traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Mollie
For handling (part of) the payments in our web store we use the platform of
Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or
credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your
personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the
service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties.
All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply
to the parts of Mollie’s service provision for which they engage third parties. Mollie will not retain your
data longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.
Reviews
Trustpilot
We collect reviews through Trustpilot’s platform. If you leave a review through Trustpilot you are required to provide your name and email address. Trustpilot shares this data
with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, Trustpilot may contact
you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review behind
we share your name and email address with Trustpilot. They use this information for the sole purpose of inviting you
to leave a review. Trustpilot has taken appropriate technical and organizational
measures to protect your personal data. Trustpilot reserves the right to use
third parties for the purpose of providing the service, for this purpose we have given permission to

Shipping and logistics
PostNL
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use
the services of PostNL to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name,
address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of
performing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data
available to these parties.
DPD
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use
the services of DPD to carry out deliveries. It is therefore necessary that
we share your name, address and place of residence data with DPD. DPD uses these data
only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DPD engages subcontractors
, DPD will also make your data available to these parties.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. That is, the purpose of
processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for

Where appropriate, Nedvision B.V. may be required by law to

Retention periods
We will retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you
indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this
as a forgetting request. This also means that we will not retain your data for more than two years
from the last moment of contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification to
do so. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your
(personal) data; we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs.
Employees, however, will no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of
your order.

respect to the personal data processed by us or on our behalf. We explain below which
